President Bidya Devi Bhandari has delegated Nilamber Acharya as the new Nepali Ambassador to New Delhi.
Acharya, who was selected to the post by the Oli government, was designated to the post after the Parliamentary Hearing Committee affirmed his bid.
Acharya was named to the post according to Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, the President's office said in an announcement. Acharya was directed his vow of office by the President on Sunday.
